Commitment

Susan is committed to working “one on one” with her clients throughout each and every transaction versus working with a “team” whereby clients may be shuffled from one team member to another. She takes her fiduciary responsibility very seriously and is not inclined to delegate her tasks to someone else. Tracking each transaction and communicating directly with her clients is imperative to Susan because she is the one who is ultimately accountable and she wants to personally keep her clients informed every step of the way.
